In the framework of its traditional initiative “Make a Dream come true”, this year also, IDBank fulfilled New Year's wishes of children in the village of Chinari, Tavush region. As every year, this time also the staff of IDBank left for Chinari with love and goodwill to listen to the children and record their dreams. Sona Manucharyan, Head of the HRM department of the Bank, speaks with great enthusiasm about this already traditional initiative; “In just a few days, the Christmas tree around the Bank's waiting room was almost impassable. In addition to the children's wishes, the staff prepared warm clothes and sweets for them. Every year we look forward to this event with great pleasure and dedication. This year we chose the village of Chinari, near the Tavush region. It is difficult to describe the feelings we had when each child's eyes were glittering as they opened the gift. The parents' reaction was also touching because they are often unable to fulfill their children's dreams because of difficult social conditions,” said Sona Manucharyan. The goal of the initiative is to bring joy to children in remote areas. Community issues are the focus of IDBank, and the Bank, each year, guided by certain criteria, selects a village in one of the remote regions, taking into account the overall social problems and challenges of the community. "The important thing is that we have fulfilled the dreams of over 50 children, and we have done that with great pleasure and dedication," concluded Sona Manucharyan.
