The purpose of the visit is to study the Armenian experience of the financial system. Representatives of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and commercial banks made a visit to IDBank today to get acquainted with the Bank's activities in the fields of credit consumer loans, innovations, as well as branch operation, call center operation and more. According to the Chairman of the Management Board, the representatives of Uzbekistan’s banking system are interested in the Armenian practice, as Armenia’s banking system is one the most developed in the region. “As a Bank with over 30 years of experience in the Armenian banking system, the same time as a bank which has implemented rebranding successfully, our Uzbek partners have shown great interest in the IDBank experience, taking into consideration the fact that the Bank, walking along with the time speed, offers its clients innovative, modern products upgrading their branch network at the same time and ensuring a high level of traditional service", said Chairman of the Management Board, Mher Abrahamyan. Speaking about the goals of the visit, representatives of Uzbekistan’s banking system emphasized their interest especially in the retail and made visits to the branches of the Bank and took a look at the process of work organization. Top-managers told the guests about the development projects, ways and perspectives, the achieved success, the modernization of the branch network. The exchange of experience was mutually beneficial.
