The Bank offers its clients a whole range of 24/7 services, which requires an ability to quickly respond to their questions, so taking into consideration that number of the Bank’s customers is growing rapidly we decided to make the Call Center operation around the clock.
“For example, in case our compatriots got money through fast money transfer systems then they can transfer the money to their card account via call center during non-working (night) hours and immediately manage at their discretion. Our customers can contact the Call Center at any time of the day or night calling: +374 10 59 33 33, 060 27 33 33, for any questions regarding the Bank, the services provided, or any issues that may arise,” said Vardan Gevorgyan, Head of Retail Banking.
IDBank Call Center provides the following services in the evening and at night:
- opening card accounts, acceptance of card opening orders,
- blocking of the card
- provision of information on card account balances and transactions,
- service for online banking users: provision of a new password, blocking, login nullification, authority change,
- transfer of the money received through a fast money transfer system to the customer's card account.
