✓ The Bank provides the Whistleblower with the opportunity to submit a report, raise their concern at their discretion, either anonymously or with the disclosure of personal data.

✓ The Bank assures that the Whistleblower will not be held liable, provided that the following conditions are met:
• 1. Provided that the report was not made with the intention of defamation, but for the purpose of reporting any actual or suspected violation of the Bank’s Code of Conduct, the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, or the Bank’s internal legal acts;
• 2. Provided that the individual voluntarily cooperated in the process of disclosing details related to the reported misconduct or unlawful workplace behavior.

✓ The Bank prohibits any form of retaliation against the Whistleblower.

✓ The Bank gives importance to every whistleblowing report and conducts an appropriate investigation.

If the subject of the reported misconduct and the content of your report do not correspond, the Bank reserves the right not to include it within the scope of discussion, in order to ensure the efficiency of the process.
