idcoin

idcoin is IDBank's loyalty currency, provided through the Idplus loyalty platform and available in the Idram&IDBank application.

One idcoin is equivalent to one Armenian dram.

idcoin is part of the Bank’s loyalty program. It cannot be purchased through the Idplus loyalty platform or sold once received.

idcoin can be awarded as part of products, campaigns, loyalty programs, for meeting specific conditions, or even unconditionally. In the case of campaigns and/or special terms for receiving idcoin, relevant announcements will be published. Customers can earn idcoin through various products, campaigns, and loyalty programs—details of which are regularly shared on the official IDBank website.

The idcoin balance is available in the customer’s Idram&IDBank application. When making an Idram QR payment, the system will automatically suggest using the idcoin balance, following the same logic as Idplus bonuses and gift cards.

Each newly awarded idcoin is added to the existing balance, and the total amount is displayed as a single combined figure for the client.

idcoin is linked to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank. If there are multiple active numbers registered, priority is given to the number registered in the Idram&IDBank application or the most recently registered number.

At sales points that accept Idram QR payments, idcoin can be used via the Idram&IDBank application or the Idplus loyalty platform. If the idcoin balance fully covers the payment amount, it can be used independently. If the balance is insufficient, combo payments can be made through either platform. Using idcoin means transferring the corresponding amount in AMD to the merchant, which then reduces the Customer’s idcoin balance accordingly.

To use idcoin, the Customer must meet the following conditions: 1. The first payment using idcoin must be made within 365 days from the date of the first idcoin credit. 2. If the idcoins are not fully used after the first payment, each subsequent use of idcoin must occur within 365 days from the previous use. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the complete cancellation of the idcoin balance.

idcoin is currently provided for payment transactions made with IDBank’s Visa Rocket, Travel, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, and Visa Infinite Special Edition cards. In addition to the cashback available for certain card types, idcoin will be provided according to the campaigns active at the Bank. For transactions made during the current month, idcoin will be credited within 5 business days at the beginning of the following month, and this cycle will continue monthly. The following are not considered payment transactions: telecommunications services, utility payments, electronic money, payments to state bodies (taxes, duties, and similar), charitable donations, betting, and services offered by banks or other financial institutions. The maximum monthly idcoin limit depends on the card type—for instance, 8,000 AMD (after tax) for Travel cards, while premium cards do not have a limit.
