Attention: Interest on the funds available in the Customer's account is calculated based on the nominal interest rate. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY), on the other hand, indicates the total income the Customer will earn after paying all mandatory fees related to the funds and receiving the accrued interest at the prescribed intervals. The methodology for calculating the APY is available at the following link: Annual Percentage Yield (APY) Calculation
6. Card Transaction Types
1. The Cardholder may use their Card to make cash withdrawals and/or cash deposits, as well as cashless payments (including Card-to-Card transfers) through devices that support such transactions (ATMs, POS terminals, etc.), at the Bank's branches, unless otherwise restricted by the terms, tariffs, and/or agreements established by the Bank for the respective Card type. Cashless payments may also be made through banks' remote banking systems, at merchant/service locations, including online. ATMs may also be used for other services, such as changing the PIN code, viewing pension statements, etc.

2. Cash deposited to the Card at the Bank's branches, transfers from any Bank account to the Card, cash deposits made through ATMs (Cash In), as well as Card-to-Card transfers become available in the Card Account within a maximum of 5 (five) minutes (provided there are no technical or software issues).

3. The amount of a transaction made with the Card is debited from or credited to the Card immediately, while it is reflected in the Card Account, as a rule, on the next business day for transactions processed through the ArCa system, and within 3 business days for transactions processed outside the ArCa system (provided there are no technical or software issues at the ArCa Processing Center and/or within the Visa or MasterCard payment systems).

4. The amount of a single cash withdrawal transaction through ATMs of banks operating in the Republic of Armenia may not exceed AMD 500,000 (five hundred thousand).
7. Rules for Issuing, Using, and Safekeeping the PIN Code
1. The PIN code is created by the Cardholder at any ATM of banks operating in the Republic of Armenia or at an ATM of another bank that supports this functionality by inserting the Card. For this purpose, the Cardholder's mobile phone number must be correctly registered with the Bank, and the SMS notification service must be active. The Cardholder then presses the "Card Activation" button and receives a one-time verification code to the phone number linked to the Card. After entering the received code, the Cardholder is prompted to create a four-digit PIN code by entering the same four-digit PIN code twice.

2. In certain cases, the Bank may provide the PIN code together with the Card. The Bank may provide the Cardholder with a sealed envelope containing the PIN code together with the Card (the Card and the PIN code are provided in separate envelopes). In this case, the Card is activated by the Bank after the Cardholder receives both the Card and the PIN code.

3. The Cardholder may change the PIN code at their discretion using an ATM operating in the Republic of Armenia that supports this functionality. To change the PIN code, the Cardholder must first enter the current PIN code and then the new PIN code.

4. If the Cardholder forgets the PIN code, they must apply to the Bank and submit an application (using the form approved by the Bank), while paying the applicable fee in accordance with the Bank's tariffs.

5. When making contactless payments within the Republic of Armenia for amounts up to AMD 20,000, entering the PIN code may not be required. Outside the Republic of Armenia, separate limits may be established by the Payment Systems for each country, except where the payment device used for the Card transaction does not technically support PIN code entry.

6. The Card and the PIN code must not be kept together. It is prohibited to record and keep together the Card number and/or the CVV code and/or the Card's expiration date.
8. The Cardholder is obliged to
1. Immediately notify the Bank in the event of the loss or theft of the Card, or if the Card details become accessible to third parties, using the methods specified in the Rules,

2. pay the fees established under the Bank's effective tariffs for the respective Card type in connection with the servicing of the Card and the Card Account,

3. not use the Visa/MasterCard/ArCa logos for any other purposes,

4. Strictly comply with the security rules for Card transactions set forth in the Rules
9. The Bank is obliged to
1. properly ensure the servicing of the Card in accordance with the rules of the local and international payment systems and the Agreement,

2. provide the Cardholder with a statement in the manner preferred by the Cardholder, in accordance with these Rules,

3. pay interest on the positive balance credited to the Cardholder's Card Account in accordance with the Bank's effective tariffs applicable to the respective Card,

4. suspend the Card's functionality upon receiving notification from the Cardholder and/or the payment systems regarding the loss, theft, or fraudulent use of the Card, unless the Card has already been blocked by the Cardholder.
10. Card Blocking and Unblocking Procedure
1. The Bank has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend transactions made with the Card (block the Card) if:

- the Bank has information or reasonable suspicion that one or more transactions made with the Card may be fraudulent,

- the Customer has violated the restrictions established for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with the Bank's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy published on the Bank's official website or the legislation of the Republic of Armenia,

- transactions carried out by or for the benefit of the Customer (including incoming transfers) contain data or information that differs from the data and information previously provided by the Customer to the Bank,

- the Cardholder has outstanding obligations to the Bank.

2. The Card may be blocked/unblocked at the Customer's initiative by calling the Bank's Contact Center or by visiting any of the Bank's branches.

3. If the Cardholder applies to the Bank to unblock the Card, the unblocking shall be carried out on the same business day after receipt of the request. If the request is submitted outside business hours, the Card shall be unblocked on the next business day.

4. A Card blocked at the Bank's initiative shall be unblocked by the Bank on the same business day after the grounds for blocking cease to exist. The Bank may refuse to unblock the Card if there are justified grounds for such refusal.

5. Blocking the Card does not suspend the calculation and collection of fees related to the Card.

6. If the Cardholder has objections regarding transactions carried out directly with the Card or using its credentials, the Cardholder may submit a transaction dispute application to the Bank in the prescribed manner, provided that all possible means of resolving the issue directly with the merchant/service provider have been exhausted.
11. Timeframe for Disputing Card Transactions
1. Before submitting a dispute claim for transactions resulting from fraud, as well as for cash withdrawals made through ATMs, the Customer is not required to contact the merchant/service provider or the bank servicing the ATM.

2. A transaction made with the Card may be disputed as fraudulent within 120 calendar days from the transaction date.

3. Before disputing a transaction as fraudulent, the Card must be blocked. Once blocked for this purpose, it cannot be unblocked, since if another fraudulent transaction is subsequently carried out using the same Card, it will no longer be possible to dispute it.

4. A dispute claim regarding a transaction made with the Card may be submitted no later than 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days from the transaction date, except where the service is to be provided after the transaction date. In such cases, the transaction may be disputed within 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days following the expected service delivery date, provided that this period does not exceed 540 (five hundred forty) calendar days from the transaction date. The claim must be accompanied by all documents related to the disputed transaction, copies of correspondence with the merchant/service provider, and, where necessary, any other relevant information or documents.

5. Information regarding the final outcome of the dispute claim submitted by the Cardholder shall be provided within the timeframes established by the ArCa, Visa, and MasterCard payment systems for dispute procedures. If the transaction was carried out at a merchant/service provider serviced by the Bank, the response shall be provided within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the claim. If the transaction was carried out through the Bank's ATM, the response shall be provided within 5 business days.

6. Contactless transactions carried out within the Republic of Armenia for amounts up to AMD 20,000, as well as contactless transactions carried out outside the Republic of Armenia without PIN code entry, regardless of the amount, are not subject to dispute if they were not performed by the Cardholder (for example, in cases of lost or stolen Cards).
12. In the Event of Card Loss, Theft, or Fraud
In the event of the loss, theft, or fraudulent use of the Card (or suspicion thereof), the Cardholder is obliged to immediately notify the Bank by contacting the Bank's 24/7 telephone numbers (+374 10) 593333, (+374 60) 273333, (+374 12) 333333, or by visiting any of the Bank's branches during business hours. Based on the information received from the Cardholder, the Bank shall block the Card.
13. In the Event of Card Retention
1. To retrieve a Card retained by an ATM, the Cardholder must contact the Bank. A Card retained by the Bank's ATM shall be returned to the Cardholder within 3 (three) business days from the date of retention if the ATM is located in the city of Yerevan or in another city or locality of the Republic of Armenia where the Bank has a branch and the Cardholder wishes to collect the Card in the same city: within 5 (five) business days if the ATM is located in a city or locality of the Republic of Armenia where the Bank has a branch, but the Cardholder wishes to collect the Card from a branch in Yerevan: and within 10 (ten) business days if the ATM is located in a city or locality of the Republic of Armenia where the Bank does not have a branch. If the Card is retained by an ATM of another bank in the Republic of Armenia, the Card may be provided to the Cardholder by the Bank on the day it is received by the Bank or on a subsequent business day. If the retained Card is not collected within 30 days, it shall be destroyed. This clause does not apply to Virtual Cards.

2. The destruction of a retained Card does not release the Cardholder from obligations related to the Card/Card Account owed to the Bank, as the Card remains available for use in the online environment until the Cardholder submits an application to the Bank requesting the closure of the Card.
14. Card Reissuance
1. Cards expiring during the current month are subject to reissuance if, as of the last day of the preceding month, at least one of the following conditions is met:

- Cards through which the Cardholder has carried out one or more Transactions during the last 3 months (or during the last 6 months in the case of Cards issued to Legal Entities or Individual Entrepreneurs), provided that, at the time of reissuance, there are no outstanding debts related to the Card servicing fee or any other fees.

- The positive balance on the Card is equal to or greater than the full amount of the next Card servicing fee due for collection, but not less than AMD 10,000. If the Card has no servicing fee, Cards with a balance of AMD 10,000 or more are subject to reissuance.

- Credit line Cards for which the number of overdue days with respect to principal and/or interest does not exceed 90 days.

- Cards linked to other active products, provided that, as of the reissuance date, the minimum requirements established by the Bank's tariffs for the relevant product are met.

2. Cards are reissued as follows:

- If the issuance of a Card is linked to a specific package, product, or service offered by the Bank, the Card shall be reissued provided that the applicable conditions continue to be met. Otherwise, the Card shall be reissued under the conditions established by the Bank's tariffs for the relevant Card type.

- If the Card type subject to reissuance is no longer issued by the Bank, the Card will not be automatically reissued. If the Cardholder wishes to obtain a replacement, they must contact or visit the Bank to order a new Card or request reissuance as another Card type.

- If reissuance of a Supplementary Card is requested, the Primary Cardholder must contact or visit the Bank before the Card's expiration date to request reissuance of the Supplementary Card.

3. Before the Card expires, the Bank notifies the Cardholder via the mobile phone number or email address registered with the Bank about the Card's expiration and the required follow-up actions.

Cards issued under payroll projects are reissued under the same conditions provided that the Cardholder's place of employment has not changed. In such cases, if the relevant Card type is no longer issued by the Bank, the Card shall be reissued, at the Bank's discretion, by replacing it with another Card type available at the Bank. If the Cardholder changes their place of employment, if the payroll project with the respective organization is terminated, or if the Cardholder no longer receives salary payments to the Card, the Card shall be reissued under the conditions established by the Bank's tariffs for the respective Card type.
15. Card Transaction Security Rules
1. The Cardholder must not disclose the Card, PIN, CVV/CVC code, one-time 3D Secure security code, or password to any third party. The Cardholder must take all necessary measures to ensure that the Card, PIN, password, and the information indicated on the Card are not visible or otherwise accessible to third parties. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks associated with the use of the above-mentioned data.

2. The designated signature panel on the reverse side of the Card must be signed by the Cardholder. The absence of a signature or its mismatch may serve as grounds for refusing to service the Card and confiscating it. This provision does not apply to Virtual Cards or Cards without a signature panel.

3. The Card and the PIN must not be stored together. It is prohibited to write down and store together the Card number, and/or the CVV code, and/or the Card expiration date.

When making transactions online (at virtual merchants), entering or disclosing the PIN is not required. If such information is requested, the transaction must be terminated immediately, the Bank must be notified, and the Card must be blocked.

5. If the Cardholder becomes aware of or suspects any unauthorized use or risk of unauthorized use of the Card, they must immediately notify the Bank and block the Card.

6. When using the Card, the PIN must be entered in a way that it is not visible to third parties or recorded by any device. This provision does not apply to Virtual Cards.

7. The Cardholder should exercise particular caution when making transactions at entertainment venues and similar locations. It is recommended not to hand the Card over to third parties and not to allow the Card to be used outside the Cardholder's field of vision.

8. The Cardholder must ensure that the Card is not read by any device other than those intended for processing the transaction. This provision does not apply to Virtual Cards.

9. It is not recommended to use ATMs, merchant/service locations, or devices that the Cardholder considers unreliable or suspicious, as well as those where the card reader, keypad, or cash dispenser appears to have additional devices, wires, adhesive tape, or other suspicious objects attached.

10. When making transactions in a virtual environment, the Cardholder should give preference to websites that support secure payments.

11. To enhance the security of card use in a virtual environment, attention should be paid to the security logos approved by the payment systems (for Visa – "Verified by Visa", for Mastercard – "Mastercard SecureCode", for ArCa – "ArCa SecurePay"). To complete transactions on websites displaying these logos, the Cardholder must enter the one-time password provided by the Bank for each transaction, which is sent via SMS to the mobile phone number or by email to the email address previously provided to the Bank. The Bank shall not be liable if, due to technical reasons or reasons beyond the Bank's control, the SMS or email is not received and the transaction consequently fails.

12. When entering the received code, the Cardholder must verify the address of the webpage. Entering the code on any other webpage is prohibited.

13. When making online purchases, it is recommended to make payments only from a personal computer or mobile phone in order to protect the confidentiality of card data.

14. When making payments in online stores, it is advisable to use only websites whose address begins with "https" rather than "http".

15. The Cardholder must ensure that they have accessed the correct website, as fraudulent websites with similar addresses may exist. Before using an unfamiliar website, it is recommended to review online feedback, verify that the website has terms for the provision of goods/services, delivery and returns, and provides contact details for customer support.

16. It is advisable to use a separate Card for online shopping and other online payments.

17. To enhance the security of Card use, the Bank has the right to unilaterally amend the procedure for carrying out and/or authenticating Card transactions by requiring the use of identification codes (such as a one-time password, etc.), which may be sent by the Bank to the Cardholder's mobile phone number, email address, or by other means.

18. For security reasons, the Bank has the right to prohibit or restrict Card transactions in high-risk countries, as well as to decline any transaction that, at the Bank's discretion, may be considered risky. In such cases, the Cardholder must contact the Bank. If, based on a written application or an application sent from the Cardholder's registered email address, the Bank grants permission to perform such risky transactions, the Cardholder shall bear full responsibility for all subsequent transactions of a similar nature carried out with the Card.

19. The Bank has the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend services provided through the Card if it has reasonable grounds to suspect the authenticity of any transaction(s) made with the Card. The suspension shall be lifted after the Bank receives the necessary information or satisfactory clarification confirming the authenticity of the transaction(s).

20. If the Bank detects suspicious transaction(s) made with the Card, or possesses reliable information indicating that the transaction(s) are fraudulent, the Bank has the right to block the Card without prior notice to the Customer.

21. It is prohibited to disclose the Card identification details (full Card number, expiration date, CVV code, 3D Secure security code, PIN) to third parties, including Bank employees, over the phone, via email messages, or through messages received on social media. In the event of such information being disclosed, the Cardholder shall bear full responsibility for all transactions made with the Card.

22. To avoid financial losses, when receiving transfers to the Card from another card, it is not necessary to provide any information other than the Card number (such as the CVV code, expiration date, 3D Secure security code, etc.).

23. When performing transactions at an ATM or a merchant service point, the PIN must be entered in a manner that prevents it from being seen by other persons or captured by installed devices, by covering the keypad with your hand.

24. Do not use physical force when inserting the Card into an ATM. If such an issue occurs, notify the bank servicing the ATM, if possible, and use another ATM.
16. Information Security Systems
When performing transactions in a virtual environment using payment cards issued by the Bank, the 3D Secure information security system is applied. When making a card transaction, attention should be paid to the security logos approved by the payment systems (for Visa – Verified by Visa). The Bank shall not be liable if, due to technical reasons or reasons beyond the Bank's control, the 3D Secure security password is not received and, as a result, the transaction fails.
17. Card Closure
1. The Cardholder may unilaterally terminate the validity of the Card and close the Card and the Card Account by submitting the relevant closure request to the Bank and fully settling all obligations owed to the Bank in connection with the Card. A Card closure request may be accepted by phone, as well as by any other method acceptable to the Bank.

2. If the Card is terminated before its expiration date, any fees charged are non-refundable.

3. Closing the Card does not terminate the Cardholder's obligations to the Bank arising in connection with the Card, including accrued interest and penalties. When submitting a Card closure request, the Cardholder undertakes to settle all outstanding obligations, including debit balances, except for transactions carried out through the physical use of the Card after the Cardholder has returned the Card to the Bank.

4. Upon Card closure (whether early or after the Card's expiration date), the Cardholder must return the Card to the Bank. If the Card has been closed by the Bank via telephone, through online systems, based on an application/message, or by any other method specified in these Rules, and for any reason the Cardholder is unable to return the Card and it remains in their possession, the Cardholder must destroy the Card by cutting it into pieces through the magnetic stripe and the microprocessor (chip). The Bank shall not be liable for any transactions carried out with the Card as a result of the Cardholder's failure to return it.

The Customer may receive the funds available in the Card Account subject to closure:

• In cash*

• By non-cash transfer to another account held with the Bank

*The funds are paid in cash if the Customer's Card is blocked and/or the Customer has no other accounts to which the funds available in the Card Account can be transferred.
18. Card Issuance and Activation
- To activate and use the Card, the Customer must insert the Card into a Bank ATM and select the "Activate Card" button. The Customer will then receive a one-time Card activation code via SMS to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank. After entering the code at the Bank's ATM, the Customer will be required to create a Card PIN by entering a four-digit number. The PIN must be used only by the Customer, and the Customer is responsible for ensuring that it is not accessible to third parties. Activation may be completed both at the Bank's ATMs and at any ATM in the Republic of Armenia that supports this functionality.

- The Card is activated by the Bank within 1 (one) business day after the Cardholder receives the Card and completes the actions specified in the above paragraph.

- To activate a Virtual Card, press the ACTIVATE CARD button in the Bank's Idram&IDBank application or IDBanking online system.

- If the Cardholder does not receive the ordered Card within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of ordering, the Bank has the right to close the Card and the Card Account, destroy the Card, and the Agreement shall be deemed terminated.

- If the Card was ordered online (online banking, mobile banking, etc.) and the relevant system allows the Cardholder to activate the Card through that system, the Card shall be activated exclusively by the Cardholder through that system.
