Information Bulletin of Safe Deposits A depositor can be a legal entity with a current, card, savings or special bank account with the Bank (except for cases provided for by the internal legal acts of the Bank), a person without the status of a legal entity who has entered into or expressed a desire to conclude a Bank deposit agreement with the Bank.

The deposit can be made both with and without the right to increase.
A depositor who is a legal entity can conclude an agreement without the right of termination, in addition, in the case of a bank deposit agreement without the right of termination, if the deposit term exceeds 180 days, then 0.5% percentage point is added to the published interest in the case of deposits attracted in Armenian drams, 0.25 percentage points in the case of deposits attracted in US dollars (does not apply to deposits with the participation of individual entrepreneurs).
