Dear clients,
Please be informed that on December 30, 2020, the Bank branches and the head office will operate according to the following schedule:

• All branches will operate from 09:15 to 16:00
• The branch “Center” will operate from 10:00 to 13:00
• On December 31, only the branch “Center” will serve the customers from 10:00 to 13:00.

The branches and the head office of IDBank will not operate on the 1st and 6th of January, 2022. On other days, the branches and the head office of the Bank will operate according the usual schedule. The Call center of the Bank will continue operating 24/7.

On non-working days and hours banking transactions can be made via IDBank&Idram application or IDBanking.am online platform.
