At the meeting in the Central Bank of RA held on 27th of September of this year, the Union of Banks of Armenia, represented by the commercial banks operating in RA, discussed and decided:
- Due to the martial law, in case of non-repayment of the monthly loans of the conscripted or volunteered clients of the banks after September 27, the loans will not be listed as delays and will not be reflected in the credit register on the basis of the certificate issued by the territorial military commissariats,
- fines and penalties will not be applied for the period mentioned.
