Grand opening of IDBank new branch took place on November 16 in Vanadzor city. From now on Vanadzor residents are given the opportunity to make transactions, enjoy banking services in a new, non-binding environment: IDBank offers new convenient terms, modern service area furnished with advanced technological and design solutions. The branch operates 24/7 IDBanking zone, which enables the customers to make cash withdrawal/cash credit transactions, as well as repay loans, replenish different types of accounts, make utility payments and enjoy other 200+ services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Representatives of the Central Bank of Armenia, members of the Bank’s Management Board, businessmen and customers of the Bank attended the grand opening ceremony. According to Mr. Ruben Melikyan, Acting Chairman of the Management Board, Financial Director of IDBank, the Bank has adopted new customer service policy aimed at providing the customers services in new attractive, customer-friendly format. “It includes both remote banking tools, and implementation of new-styled branch network. By reopening Vanadzor branch we aimed at providing our customers with more convenient, high quality and attractive service. We are happy that the first new pilot branch is opened in Vanadzor city; it is operated in place of the former one. We believe our old and new customers will appreciate this change and will love the new branch of IDBank,” – Mr. Ruben Melikyan noted. On the occasion of Vanadzor branch opening the Bank announces special offer and raffle starting today.
