Taking into consideration the necessity of having direct contact with the customers and the importance of finding solutions to their issues on non-working days, we are informing that IDBank prolonged working hours for its Call Centre.
From now on, in case you have any questions or any other issues concerning the Bank, you can contact the Call Center from Monday to Friday (09:00- 22:00), and on Saturdays and Sundays (10:00 - 18:00).
