On April 30, the Bank’s Head Office and branches will operate according to the following schedule:

• All branches: customer service from 09:15 to 16:00
• In Gyumri, "Arabkir", "Malatia", "Vardanants", and "Shengavit" branches: customer service from 09:15 to 17:45
• In "Center" and "Old Yerevan" branches: customer service from 10:15 to 20:30

Please note that the Bank’s Call Center continues to operate 24/7, and on non-working days, you can still perform transactions via IDBanking.am and the Idram&IDBank app.
