Dear Customers,

Continuing to support citizens affected by fraud, IDBank informs that for customers who suffered due to possible fraudulent activities that occurred before June 1, 2025, and have submitted a report to the RA Police, the Bank:

• Extends loan repayment deadlines until the end of the criminal proceedings. During this period, no interest will be accrued on the respective loans. Interest accrued before the implementation of this decision will be nullified, and any overdue payments will be corrected. Customers will also receive appropriate notifications from the Bank.
• Restores funds withdrawn from customers’ bank accounts—with the customer’s consent—until the end of the criminal proceedings, through an interest-free loan agreement. For this purpose, affected customers are kindly requested to contact the Bank.
