In order to ensure the best experience and improve service conditions, renovation works will be carried out at the IDBank “Nor Nork” branch located at 17/1 Gayi Ave., Yerevan, starting from August 16. The branch will resume customer service as soon as the renovation works are completed.

On Friday, August 15, the “Nor Nork” branch will provide customer service until 16:00, and Saturday, August 16, will be a non-working day for the branch.

The deposit boxes of the customers of the “Nor Nork” branch have been moved to the “Arabkir” branch.

Starting from August 18, 2025, the branch will operate at a new address: 16 Gayi Ave., Nor-Nork, Yerevan, “Mega Mall” shopping center. Customer service hours will be Monday to Sunday, 10:00–21:15. On Saturdays and Sundays, cashier functions will be carried out until 20:00, and loans secured by gold items as well as refinancing will not be available on weekends.
