Please be informed that the working hours of a number of IDBank branches have been changed. Thus, customer service will be carried out in the mentioned branches according to the following schedule:

• "Malatia" and "Gyumri" branches.

Monday to Friday: 09:15 - 18:45

Saturday: 10:15 - 15:30

• “Center” branch:

Monday to Saturday: 10:15 - 21:30

• “Old Yerevan” branch:

Monday to Saturday: 10:15 - 21:30

Sunday: 10:15 - 19:30.

Branches working on Saturday will continue their service with the same schedule. All other branches of the bank will continue to serve customers with the same working schedule.

We remind you that on non-working days and hours, you can perform all your financial transactions on the IDBanking.am and banking.idram.am online platforms, the Idram&IDBank application or terminals of the companies.
