Please be informed that according to the RA Law “On holidays and memorable days”, on September 21, the branches and the head office of the Bank will operate according to the following schedule:

• Customer service at the Center branch will be provided from 10:15 to 20:45.
• Customer service at the Malatia branch will be provided from 09:15 to 18:45.
• Customer service at the Old Yerevan branch will be provided from 10:15 to 20:45.
• Customer service at all other branches will be provided from 09:15 to 16:00.

September 21 is a non-working day for all branches.

The Bank's call center continues operating round the clock. On non-working days you can carry out banking transactions through the Idram&IDBank application or the IDBanking.am online platform.
