Money transfers from IDBank to IDpay.pdf IDpay is Idram’s subsidiary, which is specialized in bank transfers.
Through IDBank Alias, in the application and the online banking, it is possible to attach 1 phone number to 1 account. In other words, the client receiving the amount preliminary selects and attaches the account to the phone number. See the last question.
Yes, in order for IDBank client to make a transfer it is necessary to fill in the recipient’s phone number or select it from the list of your mobile phone contacts. And in order to make a transfer to another bank card it is necessary to fill in the recipient’s card number, the First name and the Last name.
The transfer is made in RUB, and later converted to the currency of the recipient’s account/card in Armenia as follows:
Received amount = pay amount * Buy_Rate / Sell_rate, where:
pay amount is the transferred amount
Buy_Rate is RUB purchase rate
Sell_rate is the selling rate corresponding to the recipient’s account/card currency.

Received amount = pay amount * Buy_Rate
pay amount is the transferred amount

If the client simply closed the application, he will need to enter the PIN code or use his/her fingerprint/face, and if the client exited the account, he/she will receive a verification SMS and then again use the PIN code or the fingerprint/face.
At the moment RF and RA citizens can pass remote identification through the IDpay application.
It is necessary to:
1․ Log in to IDBanking.am platform,
2․ Open the “Accounts” section,
3․ Select the preferred account number by click the “Phone number” field of that account number, you will be redirected to Alias page
4. Fill in your mobile phone number in the opened page, choose “Accept the terms and provisions”, click the “Receive the code” button, then confirm with the 6-digit PIN-code.
5․ Fill in the code received in the SMS to the entered mobile phone number and click “Confirm”. You phone number will be successfully attached to your preferred account number.
It is also possible to change or remove the attached phone number. For details see the Alias (“How to attach a phone number to the account number”) guideline.

The integration through IDpay’s program and IDBank’s program is with the Bank.
At the moment the clients will be served through the chat in the application or by +7 495 198 0444 phone number.
Through Idram&IDBank application it is possible to transfer money to IDpay. To do so it is necessary to select “To IDpay accounts (Russia)” in the “Transfer” section and provide the phone number which is attached to the recipient’s IDpay program.
At the moment it is possible to attach Visa, Mastercard or MIR cards of any Russian bank.
The TIN is automatically loaded by the program, there is no need to fill it in.
Unlimited number of cards. Yes, it is possible to remove cards.
