Mrs. Grigoryan graduated from the Faculty of Economics of YSU and later received a master's degree in Finance and Credit from ASTU. He is CMI Level 7 certified, CMgr FCMI qualified.
1998-2000 Mrs. Grigoryan worked at the Central Bureau of Armenia, and in 2000-2002 at "Armenian Card" CJSC. From 2002 to 2020, he held various positions in "Acba Bank" CJSC, including the head of the Card Center, then the head of the remote and digital banking services department. 2020-2022 worked at "Inecobank" CJSC as the head of the operational service, then as the operational director.
From 2022, she is the operational director of "ID Bank" CJSC.
