Work schedule for April 23 and 24

Please note that April 24, the Armenian Genocide Remembrance day, will be a non-working day for all branches

On April 23 the Bank's branches and head office will operate according to the following schedule:

• All branches: customer service from 09:15 to 16:00
• Branches in Gyumri, “Arabkir”, “Malatia”, “Vardanants”, “Shengavit”: from 09:15 to 17:45
• “Center” and “Old Yerevan” branches: from 10:15 to 20:30
• “Homeplex Mall” branch: from 10:00 to 21:00

Please note that the Bank's Contact Center operates 24/7. On non-working days, you can perform your transactions via the IDBanking.am online platform and the Idram&IDBank mobile app.
