Work schedule for January 26, 27 and 28

Dear customers,

Please note that January 27 and 28 will be non-working days for all IDBank branches, according to the RA Law “On Holidays and Memorable Days”.

On January 26 the Bank's branches and head office will operate according to the following schedule:

• All branches: customer service from 09:15 to 16:00
• Branches in “Gyumri”, “Arabkir”, “Malatia”, “Vardanants”, “Shengavit”: from 09:15 to 17:45
• “Center” and “Old Yerevan” branches: from 10:15 to 20:30
• “Homeplex Mall” branch: from 10:00 to 21:00

Please note that the Bank's Contact Center operates 24/7. On non-working days, you can perform your transactions via the IDBanking.am online platform and the Idram&IDBank mobile app.
