Holiday Working Schedule

Dear Customers,

On the occasion of New Year and Christmas, IDBank branches will provide customer service according to the following schedule:

December 30, 2025

• “Gyumri”, “Arabkir”, “Malatia”, “Vardanants”, “Shengavit” branches: 09:15–17:45
• “Center” and “Old Yerevan” branches: 10:15–20:30
• “Homplex Mall” branch: 10:00–21:00
• “Nor Nork” branch: 10:30–20:15
• All other branches: 09:15–16:00

December 31, 2025 is a non-working day for all branches, except for one branch:

• “Nor Nork” branch: 10:30–14:00

January 1 and 2 are non-working days for all branches.

On January 3, the branches that operate on Saturdays will work according to their regular schedule.

On the eve of Christmas, January 5, 2026, IDBank branches will operate according to the following schedule:

• “Gyumri”, “Arabkir”, “Malatia”, “Vardanants”, “Shengavit” branches: 09:15–17:45
• “Center” and “Old Yerevan” branches: 10:15–20:30

January 6 is a non-working day for all branches.
