Implementation of the Identification System

Dear Customer,

Please be informed that starting from February 6 of this year, identification will be required when performing the following transactions via payment terminals installed at IDBank:

• repayment of IDBank credit obligations,
• replenishment of IDBank cards and bank accounts.

The implementation of the identification system is stipulated by the RA Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing” and is mandatory for all banks in the Republic of Armenia.

When making a transaction, the payment terminal will offer identification by choosing one of two available options:

1. Via the Idram&IDBank application
   After selecting the type of transaction, it is necessary to scan the QR code displayed on the terminal screen using the Idram&IDBank application, as in the case of QR payments, and continue the process by following the terminal instructions.

Identification in this way is available to all users of the Idram&IDBank application; it is only necessary to have the latest update installed in the mobile application.

1. Via the unified identification system imID
   To complete identification, enter in the terminal the mobile phone number you used to activate your imID service with your mobile operator. The next steps will be the same as when using imID on other platforms.
