IDBank customers can pay for mobile operator services through the Idram&IDBank app

Thanks to a new technical solution developed by IDBank, it is now possible to make payments in the Idram&IDBank app for the services of “Viva Armenia”, “Team Telecom”, and “Ucom” companies.

The payment process is simple — it is only necessary to remember that exclusively IDBank accounts (bank, savings, and card accounts), as well as the Rocket Line digital installment, must be selected as the payment source.

The service is available to IDBank customers who have synchronized their accounts in the Idram&IDBank app. The synchronization of accounts is a simple process — it is only necessary to follow the steps of the guide.

Currently, making group payments for telecommunication operators’ services is not available, and payments must be made separately.

IDBank does not charge customers any commission for payments made for the services of “Viva Armenia”, “Team Telecom”, and “Ucom” companies.
