We inform you that the IDBank Board, during its meeting No. 397-L dated 23/09/2025, has declared the “Opening and servicing of an honorarium account” procedure, approved by the Bank Board’s resolution No. 503-L dated November 15, 2018, invalid.

The decision was made based on subparagraph “a” of clause 17.1 of the Charter of “IDBank” CJSC, the provisions of the “Procedure for the development and approval of internal legal acts and documents regulating business processes” approved by resolution No. 14 of the minutes of the Bank Board’s meeting No. 9 dated December 21, 2024, as well as RA Government resolution No. 130-N dated February 2, 2023.
