Please be informed that on December 30, 2020, the Bank branches will operate according to the following schedule:

• The branches operating until 19:30 will work until 18:00,
• The branches operating until 17:00 will work until 17:00,
• The Call-center will operate 24/7

On New Year and Christmas holidays IDBank’s “Centre” branch will operate according to the following schedule:

• On December 31, 2020 - from 10:00 to 13:00,
• On January 4 and 5, 2021 - from 10:00 to 14:00. Only following transactions will be available for these days:

- IDBank account ins and outs,
- IDBank loan repayments,
- Card replenishments,
- Currency exchanges,
- Fast money transfers.

On non-working days and hours banking transactions can be made via IDBank&Idram application or IDBanking.am online platform.
Other branches of the Bank will restart the work starting from January 8, 2021.
