Please be informed that according to the RA Law "On holidays and memorial days in the Republic of Armenia", January 28 is considered a non-working day. On this day, the head office of the Bank and branches will not provide customer service.

On January 27 the Bank branches and the head office will operate according to the following schedule:

• All branches from 09:15 to 16:00
• The branch “Center” from 09:15 to 20:45

The Call-center of the Bank will continue operating 24/7. On non-working days and hours banking transactions can be made via Idram&IDBank application or IDBanking.am online platform.
