On New Year's Eve and Christmas, IDBank branches will provide customer service according to the following schedule:

• On 30/12/23, IDBank branches operating on Saturdays will provide customer service from 10:15 to 14:30. On the same day, the branch “Center” will provide customer service from 10:15 to 20:30.
• On 05/01/24,  branches will provide customer service from 09:15 to 16:00. On the same day, the branch “Center” will provide customer service from 10:15 to 20:30.
• On 06/01/24, IDBank branches will not provide customer service.

As usual, on non-working days you can carry out all your financial transactions using the IDBanking.am online platform and the Idram&IDBank application.
