Please note that due to renovation work, changes have been made to the operating schedule of IDBank's 'Gyumri branch.

On April 30, the branch will provide customer service from 09:15 to 17:45. From May 1–4 will be non-working days for the branch.

Starting may 5, the branch will resume its normal operations.

The contact center continues to operate 24/7. 

You can make your financial transactions via Idram&IDBank application or the IDBanking.am online platform.
