New work schedule
Please be informed that the working hours of a number of IDBank branches have been changed. Thus, customer service will be carried out in the mentioned branches according to the following schedule:
Changes in service terms of IDBank cards
Please be informed that changes have been made to the terms of service for a number of IDBank payment cards which will come into force on October 10. Details can be found at the corresponding link, where all changes are highlighted in orange.

Please be informed that according to the RA Law “On holidays and memorable days”, on September 21, the branches and the head office of the Bank will operate according to the following schedule:

On September 16, due to the opening of the "Old Yerevan" branch, customer service will be provided until 14:00. The branch will resume operations the next day, September 17.
